Interessante News gab es zur Pariser Modelagentur Elite, deren Luxemburger Holdinggesellschaft Elite World (WKN A0JK6E, Aktien-Kürzel E1M, ISIN LU0252519037) an der Börse Frankfurt notiert. Wie auf der Internetseite von Elite in der Rubrik Corporate/Elite-Group zu sehen ist, gibt es einen neuen Grossaktionär: Fidelity International.
Die Fondsgesellschaft hat demnach 1 Mio. Aktien, das entspricht einem 5 %-Anteil an der Firma, gekauft. Auf dem aktuellen Kursniveau von 3,95 Euro entspricht dies ein Investment von knapp 4 Mio. Euro.
Für Fidelity, die gemäss ihrer Internetseite per 30.9.2009 ein Vermögen von 210,1 Mrd. USD verwalteten, ist das lediglich eine kleine Investition.
Für Elite allerdings ist der Einstieg der renommierten Fondsmanager wie ein 'Ritterschlag', der wenige Tage nach der Bekanntgabe der Quartalszahlen per 30.9.2009 erfolgte (Link). Diese waren im Vergleich zum Q3/2008 überraschend gut ausgefallen und Fidelity spekuliert vermutlich auf einen deutlichen Anstieg von Umsatz/Gewinn im Zuge des kommenden Konjunkturaufschwunges. Wir haben hier ein mittelfristiges Kursziel von 7 Euro. Das bedeutet auf dem aktuellen Kursniveau von knapp 4 Euro ein Kurspotenzial von +77 %!
